About Woof Wellness:
With a passion for fitness and an obsession with puppies, our founder, Sophie Hessler started Woof Wellness. Her goal is to bring humans and rescue dogs together through mindful movement. It is important to find space within our busy lives to relax, have fun and create new bonds and connections.
Sophie wanted to find a way to combine her passions and to give back to her community. In NYC, shelters are overcrowded and in need of our help. In effort to support the rescue community and save numerous lives, all of our Woof Wellness dogs are available for adoption at each event. Not only are the dogs adoptable, each ticket includes a generous donation for local rescue shelters.
Pilates and yoga are amazing for the body + mind and animals are good for the soul. At Woof Wellness our objective is to find forever homes for rescue dogs, while enjoying mental + physical fitness in an innovative way.
